About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and hardworking Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth within the petroleum equipment and services industry. This individual will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing sales strategies that expand our market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and position OWL Services as a trusted partner. The ideal candidate brings experience selling petroleum-related products/services and has a strong understanding of customer operations in this space. This is a long-term career opportunity with a growing company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in petroleum, industrial equipment, construction services, or related technical industries
  • Proven success growing accounts or managing a sales territory
  • Knowledge of petroleum equipment or fuel systems preferred
  • Strong communicator with excellent listening and customer service skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly professional
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by targeting prospects, evaluating their needs, and understanding their role within the industry.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer operations, challenges, and future needs.
  • Determine requirements for new products and services and introduce solutions that support customer goals.
  • Maintain outstanding customer service levels while providing continuous support, information, and timely resolution to issues.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring consistency, follow-through, and high-quality service.
  • Keep customers updated on equipment, technology, and service enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer files, including contact details, proposals, and promotional activity.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market activity to identify opportunities for growth or differentiation.
  • Recommend strategies that strengthen our market position and address emerging customer needs.
