As a Relationship Manager, you'll be part of a sales team that's revolutionizing the way businesses operate. Using a consultative approach, you'll identify, build relationships, and sign up new businesses in your local area. By understanding their unique needs, you'll develop a customized solution that helps their business thrive. Compensation for this role is based on performance, which means you'll enjoy aggressive commissions, residuals, and portfolio ownership as you meet and exceed your targets.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Completion of a mandatory drug screening on or near your sixtieth (60th) day of employment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Self-starter with creativity and flexibility
  • Experience in cold-calling and canvassing local businesses
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a big plus
  • Sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create a hit-list of potential clients and orchestrate the entire sales cycle, from the first phone call to the final high-five.
  • Perform demos that are so compelling prospects will feel like they're on the red carpet at the Oscars.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure that sales promises become sales realities.
  • Wield Atlas, our sales tool, to manage all sales activities.
  • Understand the competition and figure out how to make Heartland shine.
