Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
  • Prospect and generate new business while growing existing accounts
  • Consult with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions
  • Read blueprints and create accurate project quotes
  • Present proposals and close sales while maintaining strong margins
  • Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion
