WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING This is a field-based, business development–driven sales role focused on MRO products and solutions supporting manufacturing, industrial, and facilities customers. You will: Sell MRO products and programs including safety, fasteners, tools, abrasives, electrical, chemicals, maintenance supplies, and related solutions. Actively prospect new business through cold calling, referrals, and lead follow-up. Manage and grow a defined book of MRO accounts by building long-term customer relationships. Conduct on-site visits to understand equipment, processes, and maintenance needs. Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and consolidate customer spend. Close new accounts and expand existing ones through upselling and cross-selling across MRO categories. Coordinate with internal teams to manage orders, deliveries, and resolve account issues. Stay organized while balancing prospecting, field visits, quoting, and follow-ups to hit sales targets. Maintain strong product and application knowledge and stay current on industry trends and customer challenges. This role requires significant time in the field, not behind a desk.
