About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Big League Movers in Memphis, TN. This full-time position focuses on responding to inquiries and building relationships that lead to successful moving services. The Sales Representative will develop and execute sales strategies, engage in cold calling, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and company growth.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in business development with a focus on cold calling techniques.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Experience in inside sales in the moving industry or logistics is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote products and expand the client base.
• Foster long-term relationships with existing referral sources through regular follow-ups and support.
