Requirements

  • Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
  • Great listening and organization skills.
  • Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
  • Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in health care, construction or event management is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
  • Assist with handling the inside sales that come in via phone and walk-ins, and internet leads.
  • Communicate with customers about the order status and order pick up, QC incoming orders prior to calling customers.
  • Receive customer payments.
  • Participate in team selling, including assisting customers with ongoing orders and proactive outreach to dormant and prospective customers.
  • Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
  • Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, and in-person.
  • Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy appearance, being on your feet, and maintaining a friendly personality on the phone and in-person.
