Atlus Pest Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Knoxville, TN. This role involves generating leads and nurturing client relationships through both inside and outside sales efforts. The representative will be responsible for expanding the company's reach in the pest control industry by connecting with potential clients and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Generate new leads through targeted outbound calling and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients, guiding them through our services and the value we offer.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies.
  • Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and sales progress.
  • Visit potential clients on-site, providing consultations, and tailoring our solutions to their unique needs.
  • Represent Atlus Pest Solutions at trade shows, industry events, and local business gatherings.
  • Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for pest control solutions.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging and persuading various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and clients effectively.
  • A self-starter attitude, with the drive to seek new business opportunities and the resilience to overcome challenges.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within your designated territory for outside sales responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the pest control industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies and techniques.
