About The Position

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You will begin paid training in a remote work environment, with training extending over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license, which will be provided during training. The position requires you to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time, and all computer equipment will be provided.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
