Imperial Valley GM is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll help customers navigate the car-buying process and ensure they have a positive, memorable experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Energetic, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and sales systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership and assess their vehicle needs
• Present GM vehicles and features in a knowledgeable, engaging way
• Conduct test drives and explain financing and warranty options
• Work with the sales team to reach and exceed monthly sales goals
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and product knowledge
