About The Position

The position involves identifying appropriate solutions to meet lead/prospect/customer needs and resolving standard and non-standard questions or issues in a timely manner. The role requires generating prospective sales through various strategies, developing sales strategies, preparing sales status reports, and utilizing foundational knowledge of health care to drive external sales. The individual will collaborate with team members, advocate for process improvements, and ensure objectives are met while tracking performance trends. The position also emphasizes building effective relationships, providing mentoring, and adapting to changes in the work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in business-to-business or business-to-consumer sales, communication, leadership, or marketing.
  • Alternatively, minimum five (5) years of experience in a related field.
  • Accident and Health Insurance License (Colorado) within 3 months of hire.
