Job Summary: Sales Representative Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential customers, both new and existing, to generate leads. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and build trust. Sales Presentations: Presenting and promoting company products and services to potential and existing customers. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating sales contracts, securing orders, and closing deals. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Product Knowledge: Technical Expertise: Developing a strong understanding of ink types, printing technologies, and related products. Competitive Analysis: Staying informed about competitor products and pricing to effectively position the company's offerings. Sales Goal Achievement: Sales Target Setting: Contributing to the development and achievement of sales targets and quotas. Sales Forecasting: Providing accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and customer demand. Administrative Tasks: Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Scheduling: Planning and organizing sales calls, meetings, and presentations.
