As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business. The Sales Representative I is accountable for pursuing knowledge and understanding of Wesco's products, sales philosophy, and practice, with the goal of becoming a primary point of contact for customer inside sales coverage. This role involves applying sales initiatives, policies, and programs in support of business plans and strategic objectives, necessary to meet annual department and individual goals. The Sales Representative I will be responsible for providing support and assistance to outside sales, internal sales, operations, purchasing, quality, and finance personnel, as requested. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. You will be expected to take ownership of issues and problems, collaborate with team members, and ensure that both internal and external customer expectations are met in a timely manner.
