The Sales Representative will be responsible for sales and customer service, ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining exceptional customer relations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Sales Training or relevant crane experience.
• Established Accounts Preferred.
• 1+ year crane sales experience required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• 3D Lift Plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all employees understand and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Provide detailed site surveys/job walks to determine crane requirements.
• Deliver timely quotations for clients based on site surveys and/or client requests.
• Communicate all requirements as per job quotation to the Dispatcher for successful job completion.
• Maintain exceptional customer relations through effective communication.
• Ensure customer issues or concerns receive prompt responses.
• Seek customer feedback and incorporate data into strategies and action plans.
• Identify and develop new opportunities.
• Adhere strictly to company administrative policies.
• Perform due diligence on client’s credit worthiness and ensure payment is received within agreed terms.
• Show continuous growth to the company's revenue line year-over-year.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
