  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional, courteous manner
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
  • Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders
  • Research and resolve customer issues, collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Accurately document interactions and follow all scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
  • Meet attendance and performance expectations
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
