About The Position
Destiny Packaging, a rapidly expanding company within the Bunzl Agriculture Group, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales and a desire to elevate their career. This position offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving Destiny branch office. The primary focus will be on creating, developing, and driving flexible packaging sales within the following target markets: Produce Industry, Frozen Food Industry, and Bread and Bakery Industry. As part of this role, the Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and maximizing revenue and market share. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, conducting regular visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints and inquiries are key aspects of the position. Additionally, the role involves working with vendors to source new and existing products that meet customer demands, staying informed about product innovations and market trends, and collaborating effectively with other team members to drive customer results. Destiny's salary range is $65k-$85k base, plus commission based on experience, education and geographic location.
