About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative - First Aid and Safety to focus on new business-to-business account development in our First Aid and Safety Division. This role is crucial for driving sales and expanding our customer base. The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting new clients, cold calling, setting appointments with potential customers, and presenting our programs to meet a defined sales quota. In addition to these responsibilities, the Sales Representative will also transport samples of products for presentations, ensuring that prospects have a tangible understanding of our offerings. Cintas provides a thorough sales training program that includes product knowledge, mentorship, sales process training, and business development strategies to equip our Sales Representatives for success. The position requires generating revenue and meeting sales targets, which involves developing and qualifying leads within the assigned territory. This will be achieved through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns. The Sales Representative will gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and product presentations, ultimately driving new business opportunities. This role is not just about making sales; it’s about building relationships and understanding the needs of our clients to provide them with the best solutions for their safety and first aid needs.
