About The Position

The Sales Representative for Financial Risk Analytics (FRA) will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies tailored to the financial services sector. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their risk management needs and providing tailored solutions that address evolving risk and regulatory capital requirements. The FRA team provides innovative products and solutions designed to help financial institutions and asset managers effectively measure and manage their counterparty credit risk, market risk, regulatory capital, and derivative valuation adjustments. Utilizing advanced analytics and technology, FRA’s solutions are tailored for a diverse range of clients, from tier-one banks to niche firms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in financial services, with a focus on market and counterparty credit risk.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and risk management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong network within the financial services industry, particularly among buy-side and sell-side firms, is a plus.
  • Background in risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the financial services sector to promote FRA solutions.
  • Understand and analyze client needs regarding counterparty credit risk and market risk.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance engagement and trust.
  • Collaborate with various internal groups, including Product Management, Go-to-Market, and Global Account Management, to align on client strategies and initiatives.
  • Feed back insights from the market to the product organization to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Utilize insights from market trends to identify new sales opportunities and enhance client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
