Precision Solutions, an ATS Company, is an industrial distribution, integration, calibration and repair company with expertise in weighing technology, force measurement, industrial printers, automatic identification and data capture, and labels, tags and ribbons for harsh environments. We are located in Quakertown, PA and are currently seeking a Sales Representative, Distributed Products.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service, problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong territory development and management skills a must.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required; must be able to travel to client sites and industry events.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in sales; technical sales, especially in weighing, measurement, or laboratory instrumentation a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and selling precision weighing and force measurement equipment within industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and laboratory environments
  • Actively seek out calibration and service opportunities within an already developed territory
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain positive and productive relationships with all coworkers, customers, and partners
  • Unwaveringly demonstrate best-in-class customer service for our customers across all industries
  • Offer solutions that ensure accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency for current and future customers
  • Learning and staying in-tune with our core competencies, capabilities, industry standards (e.g.: ISO, GMP, GLP) and emerging technologies
  • Create and execute your individual strategic sales plan
  • Manage existing client relationships within our specified home territory, focusing mainly on eastern Pennsylvania and central and southern New Jersey
  • Develop an ongoing strategy to become an expert on the equipment within our scope of business, including laboratory balances, industrial scales, load cells, and force gauges
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on application and regulatory requirements
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical consultations, and training on equipment usage and calibration
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client specifications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, research, and logistics sectors
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars to promote products and expand market reach
  • Supporting and participating in advertising and marketing efforts such as shows, newsletters, brochures, directory advertising, telemarketing/contact management, direct mail, etc.
