About The Position

The Sales Representative for Patient Care at Stryker is responsible for promoting and selling Patient Care products to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators. This role requires a strategic approach to meet customer needs while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through teamwork, problem-solving, and integrity. The representative will also contribute to product innovation and cost reduction efforts, all while driving the mission of improving healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5+ years of professional experience required, preferably in sales or clinical settings.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Experience with reports and budget management.
• Strong customer service skills and knowledge of marketing and market research.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in new product development and introduction.
• Knowledge of P/L management and field testing.
