Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally with a fast‑growing dealer or distributor organization.
  • Background in industrial equipment preferred, but not required.
  • Ideally already working or living in the Greater Los Angeles area.
  • Strong business development skills with an operational mindset.
  • Ability to build, lead, and manage growth within an assigned product segment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize sales operations effectively.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Comfortable operating within a private or family‑owned business structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and build cohesive teams.
  • Drives Results: Sets expectations, promotes accountability, and engages directly to achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong Decision‑Maker: Anticipates decision requirements, evaluates risks, and involves others appropriately to ensure informed choices.
  • Delegates & Empowers: Effectively assigns responsibility, supports team development, and reinforces initiative and ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of crushing and screening equipment sales experience and key account management
  • Strong background in stationary crushing equipment preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of crushing and processing equipment
  • Previous management experience ideal, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Source Used Equipment: Procure CAT and allied crushing equipment from the customer base.
  • Resell Consigned Equipment: Manage the resale of consigned crushing and screening equipment.
  • Build Market Presence: Support growth efforts in the crushing segment and identify new business opportunities within your territory.
