About The Position

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing knowledgeable guidance on Backyard Products shed solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of shed types, construction materials, customization options, warranties, and installation processes.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs, lifestyle requirements, and budget, helping them make informed decisions.
• Meet and exceed roadshow sales goals and performance targets by effectively communicating product value and closing sales.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and tours of display sheds, highlighting key features and quality of materials.
• Guide customers through the order process and explain how installation services work.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the display area and sales floor to ensure a welcoming environment.
