Position Overview: As the Sales Representative (Commercial) you will be responsible for expanding our commercial client base, promoting our range of services and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience
  • Superior customer service skills and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner to clients

Nice To Haves

  • Prior commercial plumbing field experience is highly preferred
  • Journeyman Trade license in RI or MA is a highly preferred!

Responsibilities

  • Consult with business professionals to provide mechanical solutions to meet their needs
  • Provide estimates on new installations of boilers, piping systems (Gas and Water) , Hot water heaters, domestic hot water systems and pump sizing/ selection
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their plumbing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Utilize company software application to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports
  • Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to size and measure new systems and replacement of old systems
  • Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and design
  • Knowledge of MA and RI Plumbing code
  • Knowledge of NFPA code
  • Call on and meet with leads provided (75%)
  • Self-generate new leads and contacts (25%)
