About The Position

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning Plumbing & Electric is seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative for our Commercial Division. Come and join the area's premier Heating and Air Conditioning contractor! The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial customers. This role involves identifying prospects, assessing client needs, preparing proposals, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications for commercial settings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC or construction sales experience.
  • Understanding of building codes, mechanical drawings, and project management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow commercial HVAC business in assigned territory.
  • Identify and target prospective commercial clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate project needs and recommend HVAC products, systems, and services.
  • Prepare detailed and competitive proposals, including equipment specifications, pricing, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project details in CRM.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technology, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend trade shows, association meetings, and company-sponsored events to promote brand awareness.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure repeat business and referrals.
