About The Position

This is a full-cycle sales role focused on closing annual subscriptions to the Beeline Supplier Network. You will prospect, qualify, demo, and close. While some leads come inbound, success in this role depends heavily on proactive outbound effort using High Level(CRM). This is not enterprise sales. There is no long procurement cycle, no dedicated SDR support, and no onboarding responsibility. If you thrive in high-activity environments and prefer speed, ownership, and closing, this role will be a strong fit.

Requirements

  • Comfort in high-activity, outbound sales environments
  • Strong working knowledge of High Level or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to run consultative, question-driven sales conversations
  • Tenacity and the ability to overcome objections related to sales.
  • Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with staffing or supplier operations is a strong plus, but deep industry tenure is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for Beeline Supplier Network subscriptions, from first conversation through payment confirmation.
  • Contact and lead research using ZoomInfo, Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Focus on finding new business, selling, and closing deals
  • Use High Level (CRM) daily to generate and manage pipeline through outbound and inbound activity
  • Monitor engagement signals such as website visits and campaign activity and proactively follow up
  • Develop and manage activities to ensure the sales pipeline remains full of qualified leads & prospects.
  • Run short, focused video demos, typically 20–30 minutes
  • Partner with Customer Success to transition/hand off closed deals into a defined onboarding process, then immediately return focus to selling
  • Collaborate closely with VP Product strategy on messaging, objections, and talk tracks
