About The Position
Pacific Coast Avionics (PCA) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an inside Sales Representative. This position is crucial as it involves engaging with pilots and aircraft owners from around the globe, primarily through inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. The successful candidate will work in our avionics showroom located at the Aurora Airport, where they will assist customers in selecting the right avionics and pilot supplies. With over 33 years in the industry, PCA has established itself as a global leader in avionics, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service and product knowledge. In this role, you will not be required to make cold calls or engage in outbound sales efforts. Instead, you will focus on providing a consultative and educational approach to sales, helping fellow aviators understand and purchase the appropriate equipment from leading brands. While we do not expect you to be a technical expert, a familiarity with aviation technology and a willingness to learn about our products is essential. Our ideal candidate will hold at least a Private Pilot Certificate and have a passion for aviation.
