About The Position

Global Aviation Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and Permanent Inside Agent. The ideal candidate is well-groomed, punctual, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious, with strong sales, technical, and communication skills. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Experience not necessary, we will train!

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Possess a valid Driver License
Have a good driving record within the last three years
Physical ability to push up to 50 pounds, pull up to 80 pounds and lift up to 75 pounds regularly through out a normal work day
Clear a criminal background check and pass initial and random drug and alcohol tests

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and promoting company services.
Manage inbound and outbound communications via multi-line phone systems, email, and radio channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Coordinate aircraft arrivals and departures, including scheduling crew transportation, rental vehicles, and related logistics.
Organize and schedule conference rooms, meetings, and client hospitality services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and service requests.
Support operational activities such as aircraft handling coordination, fueling arrangements, and general line service support when required.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures in all aspects of service delivery.
Assist with general facility coordination and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
