This is a full-time, direct placement for Sendra Service Corp. The Opportunity We’re hiring a Sales Representative to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close new agreements. You’ll be out in the field — solving problems, presenting solutions, and earning the trust of building owners, property managers, and facilities teams. Consistent growth is what keeps our business going. These are recurring, high-margin contracts that build trust, deliver peace of mind, and create recession-proof revenue — and you're at the center of making that happen. You're not selling products. You're building long-term relationships — and providing real solutions to real people in our local community. Referrals are important. We’re not hiring someone who wants to learn sales. Requirements

  • Prospect with purpose and consistency
  • Navigate gatekeepers and close with decision-makers
  • Use a CRM to forecast, track, and manage your pipeline
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and with urgency
  • Take full ownership of your sales goals

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B field sales (plumbing, HVAC, or other mechanical)
  • Selling to property managers, building owners, or facility teams
  • A track record of exceeding quota and hunting your own leads

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in your territory
  • B2B and light B2C sales
  • Execute 20+ cold outreach activities per day (calls, emails, site visits, etc.)
  • Conduct 5+ discovery meetings per week
  • Deliver 3+ high-quality presentations per week to decision-makers
  • Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed proposal
  • Visit companies in person to generate leads and market company name
  • Hit clear, progressive sales targets
