About The Position

Our client is a Series A healthcare technology company focused on expanding access to insurance-covered care for chronic conditions. Their current focus is at-home Virtual Reality Cognitive Behavioral Therapy programs that help individuals manage chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and related conditions. Their go-to-market motion is phone-led, metrics-driven, and built for fast learning cycles. Work Location: This role is fully Remote The Inside Sales Agent owns phone-based engagement with qualified leads for the clients’ VR therapy programs. The primary responsibility is to call warm leads, connect live when they answer, qualify interest and eligibility, and progress conversations toward enrollment. Nearly all leads come from paid Meta advertising. Most activity is real-time calling. Some next steps may be scheduled, but the role is not calendar-driven. Success depends on live connection rate, call quality, objection handling proficiency, and conversion performance when leads answer. This role is intentionally narrow and execution-focused. The first 30-60 days function as a true evaluation period

Requirements

  • Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in inside sales experience in healthcare
  • Clear, neutral spoken English and 1 to 3 years of demonstrated success selling to US consumers via phone, including live objection handling and trust-based conversations
  • Prior experience working high-volume warm leads from paid advertising, ideally Meta
  • Tech-savvy and quick to ramp on new tools and systems
  • Experience using CRMs (e.g., FreshSales, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Comfort running full sales conversations live without relying on scheduling
  • Experience in a dialer or call-center environment
  • Strong real-time objection-handling skills
  • Comfort with QA scoring, conversion metrics, and call volume expectations
  • Ability to write clear, professional, short-form SMS messages
  • Reliable internet and quiet remote work environment

Responsibilities

  • High-volume outbound and inbound phone calls to warm Meta ad leads
  • Live consultative conversations focused on VR therapy and insurance coverage
  • Real-time qualification, objection handling, and next-step progression
  • Proactive and reactive SMS follow-ups to support call connection and conversion, using approved guidance
  • Accurate call notes, SMS logging, and dispositions in CRM
  • Meeting daily call volume, QA, and conversion standards
  • Driving conversion outcomes
