About The Position

The Sales Representative at Bluepeak is responsible for selling services in a door-to-door manner within designated residential neighborhoods. This role emphasizes building relationships with customers, meeting sales goals, and providing knowledge about the company's offerings. Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets our insurance company standards is required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test prior to starting employment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Driven and motivated to exceed sales goals
• Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Sell Bluepeak services in assigned residential neighborhoods
• Build, manage, and grow relationships with a diverse client base
• Provide knowledge and sell Bluepeak services to customers
• Schedule installations for customers
• Meet weekly/monthly/annual sales goals and quotas
• Participate in continuous training regarding services and products our company offers
