About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to help grow our business by converting inbound and outbound leads into booked moves. The Sales Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate moving quotes, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a proven ability to close deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (moving, logistics, call center, or service sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in moving or home services industry
  • Familiarity with estimating and inventory-based pricing
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
  • Experience working with online lead platforms
  • Strong time management and organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Contact outbound leads and follow up with prospective customers
  • Conduct detailed move consultations and gather inventory information
  • Provide accurate pricing and customized moving solutions
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly booking goals
  • Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems
  • Upsell additional services (packing, storage, specialty items, etc.)
  • Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for smooth scheduling
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to move day
  • Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into bookings
