The ideal candidate understands the contract manufacturing environment, follows emerging industry trends, and can confidently engage brand owners, product managers, and sourcing teams. Success in this role requires strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills, along with the ability to collaborate internally with R&D, procurement, and operations to bring innovative products from concept to production.
