We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, and qualifying prospects. The core responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative is centered on making qualified appointments for the outside sales team each work week.

  • Proactively seek new prospect opportunities through cold calls
  • Achieve goals by initiating outbound calls to prospects and exceeding outbound call objectives
  • Build pipeline by setting qualified appointments for Outside Sales
  • Generate E-mails/sales literature to prospects
  • Manage appointment setting by transferring appointment to Outside sales; track and manage appointment reminders for prospects; reset appointments if necessary
  • Overcome objections to make sales appointment quotas
  • Develop individual call plans to achieve targets and quotas
  • Document accurately, maintain and monitor all new business leads, prospects, appointments, and follow-up via Microsoft CRM
  • Educate prospects; stay up to date on knowledge of industry and competition
  • Communicate useful feedback to management on sales activities
  • At least 1 year of inside sales experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced quota driven environment
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, self-disciplined and goal-oriented
  • Proficient and comfortable selling services over the phone
  • Excellent verbal skills, great voice and strong listening skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required. Use of a CRM tool desired
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to meet or exceed weekly quota of 4 appointments per week
  • Able to meet or exceed weekly call volume of 250 calls per week
  • Knowledge of healthcare medical billing a plus
