Requirements

  • Previous beverage industry sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Regularly required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs and frequently lift over 100 lbs.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must have reliable transportation, we will provide vehicle allowance.
  • Must have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide cell phone allowance.

Responsibilities

  • Organizes each day for daily sales calls.
  • Meets with the manager or individual responsible for placing orders at assigned accounts and assesses any changes or activity that has occurred which might effect sales
  • Carries out Mobility/Account objectives established by management for promoting the Hensley product portfolio, making recommendations for increasing sales opportunities, and hitting KPI Targets.
  • Merchandises products at each account, ensuring shelves are filled, product is faced back stock is rotated, shelf pricing is in conjunction with ads and current programs; and updates displays with fresh point of sell materials.
  • Checks permanent POS to see that it is clean and in good working order and not in need of repair or replacement.
  • Organizes back stock and repairs torn/damaged packaging. Manages all non-sellable items/breakage with store personnel’s approval. Regularly communicate with BDM & Merchandiser about delivery needs and display opportunities booked.
  • Takes inventory and discusses order with buyer, ensuring maximization of quantity discounts and every day low price, as required in corporate accounts.
  • Uses selling skills to book displays and shelf sets, place POS, and place new packages.
  • Sends orders, requests signs, updates Mobility, completes surveys, checks MTC files, and updates contest information through handheld electronic notebook and periodically downloads information during the day; with all orders transmitted no later than 3:30 p.m.
  • Debriefs all stops with manager at end of day.
