About The Position

The Sales Rep - Relief position at PepsiCo Beverages North America is primarily responsible for servicing and growing business in assigned large accounts, such as supermarkets. This role involves direct interaction with store management, ordering products for delivery, and generating sales through effective customer service and merchandising. The position is labor-intensive, requiring physical activity such as lifting and stocking products, and may include weekend and holiday work.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales volume, market share, product distribution, and customer service in assigned accounts.
• Sell product inventory to standard and take inventory for future delivery.
• Solicit new business to increase volume and new package distribution.
• Sell and execute promotions, and solicit placement of equipment.
• Utilize point-of-purchase materials to stimulate sales.
• Generate selling opportunities by maintaining and increasing shelf facings and cleaning shelves.
• Provide excellent service to assigned accounts and maintain goodwill with customers.
• Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
