About The Position
Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Large Format Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $58,500 per year, with additional commission opportunities based on performance. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service to large format accounts, including supermarkets and mass merchants. Your role will involve building and leveraging customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and conducting business reviews to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. In this fast-paced environment, no two days will be the same. You will rotate and stock products on shelves and displays, in coolers, vending equipment, and customers' backrooms. Regular feedback will be provided to help you improve your performance based on key metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional Pepsi partners will be essential to meet customer needs effectively. You will also have the opportunity to learn new technologies, products, and selling skills that will help you grow your accounts and create efficiencies. The position requires physical activity, including lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing between 20-45 lbs. You will be responsible for executing displays, builds, and promotions, which may require standing, walking, reaching, and squatting while merchandising products. Additionally, you will operate equipment for moving products, such as U-Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks. Adhering to safety standards and procedures is crucial as you support Pepsi's strong safety culture.
