About The Position
Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Large Format Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in the success of our business by generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Large Format Sales Representative, you will be the primary store-level salesperson for large format accounts such as supermarkets and mass merchants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and leveraging customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, conducting business reviews, and providing top-notch customer service. You will also be responsible for rotating and stocking products on shelves and displays, in coolers, vending equipment, and customers' backrooms. In this fast-paced environment, no two days will be the same as you support a wide range of customers. You will receive regular feedback for improvement through key metrics and will collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts and create efficiencies. The role requires the execution of displays, builds, and promotions, which may involve lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing between 20-45 lbs. You will be expected to stand, walk, reach, and squat while merchandising products, and operate equipment for moving products such as U-Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
