About The Position

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution operating unit. Large Format Sales Representatives play a key role in the success of our business by generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service. The assigned route will cover the Hayden, Coeur d'Alene, and Post Falls area. This position offers great pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. As a Large Format Sales Representative, you will be the primary store-level salesperson to large format accounts like supermarkets and mass merchants, generating sales by building and leveraging customer relationships, identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales by building and leveraging customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities and conduct business reviews.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Rotate and stock products on shelves and displays, in coolers, vending equipment, and customers' backrooms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs.
  • Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow the accounts.
  • Execute displays, builds, and promotions, which may require lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases ranging from 20-45 lbs.
  • Support Pepsi's strong safety culture by adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
