About The Position

We are currently seeking highly-motivated vacation ownership sales professionals to join our growing sales center in Sevierville, TN at the Smoky Mountain Preview Center. Come prosper and grow with us! Our sales professionals focus on relationship building as they provide our guests the opportunity to purchase world class destinations. This position allows you to meet with our guests face to face, invest time in rapport building, tour our magnificent resort & amenities, and ask them to become a part of our family by purchasing today. Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Tennessee Timeshare License.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.
• Problem-solving ability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with vacation ownership or timeshare sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with guests face to face to discuss vacation ownership opportunities.
• Build rapport with guests to facilitate sales.
• Conduct tours of the resort and its amenities.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
