About The Position

Otterly Baths, a leader in home improvement solutions, is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Findlay, Ohio! What We Offer: Commission-only position with unmatched earning potential: $150,000–$300,000+ per year Ongoing training and support to help you succeed A trusted brand with a stellar reputation What We’re Looking For: Proven sales experience (home improvement sales experience a plus) Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals who thrive on success Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer schedules Reliable transportation and the ability to travel up to 1.5 hours for appointments if and when needed
