About The Position
DSC Sales, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Representative for our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Route Sales position. This full-time role offers a base salary of $28,600, with the potential to earn up to $70,000 through a generous commission structure. As a preferred distributor of Sun Care Products, Beach Apparel, and Beach Products, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Our main Distribution Center is located in Oldsmar, Florida, and we have been serving our clients since 1985. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a predetermined and protected sales/service route, acting as the primary point of contact for existing customers within your assigned territory. Your duties will include sales, delivery, and merchandising of beach, pool, and lake products. You will also be expected to report regional sales, identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and educate customers on product features, costs, and additional services. The position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while following a successful system to deliver quality results.
