About The Position

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution operating unit. Small Format Sales Representatives play a key role in the success of our business by generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers great pay, benefits, and growth opportunities, with a target pay of $69,000 per year. The role involves being the primary store-level salesperson and key point of contact to small format accounts like convenience and gas stores, small grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. The job is fast-paced and requires working independently while supporting a wide range of customers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales by identifying opportunities and conducting business reviews.
• Communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves and displays, in coolers, vending equipment, and customers' backrooms.
• Prioritize and execute daily tasks while servicing up to 100 accounts throughout the week.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs.
• Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow the accounts and create efficiencies.
• Build displays and set up promotional materials.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures.
