About the position

As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales and providing customer support. Your day-to-day activities will include assisting customers with product inquiries, placing new orders, managing existing orders including returns and replacements, and providing client-specific support. Additionally, you will be required to contact vendors for shipping information to ensure timely delivery of products.
