About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy, client-focused Sales Relationship Specialist to support and accelerate growth for the insurance division. The Sales Relationship Specialist is a cornerstone of the agency's high-touch, concierge client experience. This role is responsible for delivering sales support activities, ensuring a seamless, confident, and deeply personalized transition into the agency. Beyond onboarding, this position is designed as a developmental role that builds the technical knowledge, relationship skills, and client insights needed to support future growth initiatives, including consultative sales and client expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and confident in engaging with prospects in live settings, while also being disciplined and analytical when managing follow-up and sales processes. This is a visible, impact-driven role with a clear path for growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, client service, or a high-touch professional services environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, personable, and naturally relationship-driven
  • Personal lines insurance license or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to create engaging marketing content using contemporary design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms, to support seminars, campaigns, and prospect outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all client information, exposures, and household details are accurately captured and documented
  • Track onboarding milestones to ensure timely, flawless execution
  • Partner closely with producers, advisors, and service teams to ensure continuity and consistency
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional agency resources or services as appropriate
  • Assist with sales initiatives that improve producer productivity
  • Coordinate all onboarding activities, including policy setup, documentation, carrier requirements, and internal handouts
