About The Position

Enerflex Water Solutions is looking for a Sales & Relationship Manager with strong technical and sales expertise in the Oil & Gas industry to expand our business in the Permian Basin, USA. This individual will need to understand every aspect of our business strategy, operations, and related external factors necessary to grow Enerflex's position as a Produced Water leader. You will bring an innovative mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills with a desire to develop and win business, leveraging the existing regional relationships, footprint and presence. With a foundation of integrity, the candidate would use commitment and creativity to drive our organization forward. This position is based out of Midland/Odessa, TX.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or a discipline which complements the business strategy).
  • Minimum 10 years in a related sales or business development role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the produced water industry and the oil and gas sector.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience and proven ability to make cold calls and generate new business.
  • Ability to plan and think strategically.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Competence to manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time.
  • Team player with honesty, integrity and an aptitude for working in a collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility to effectively manage changing circumstances, last-minute requests and changing deadlines.
  • Visionary thinker with the ability to bring a strategic lens to the role.
  • Proven past sales experience in the Permian Basin.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all sales opportunities within Permian Basin market creating and nurturing new and existing project opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to open channels with clients, expand market reach, and deliver on sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and establish local strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market presence and drive revenue growth
  • Interface with regional partners (agents, suppliers, alliance partners).
  • Commercial coordination of all local water opportunities (hub between customer, regional support team, product line support team, legal and accounting).
  • Develop and present creative solutions to prospective customers; negotiate business terms and contracts, lead the closure of deals.
  • Understand the Enerflex water solutions offerings and market niches for Produced Water in the Permian Basin; develop strategies to penetrate these niches.
  • Meet with customers and promote our products that align with solutions that will exceed their expectations.
  • Understand and support client requirements and specifications for water/oil/EPF treatment packages and development of "Win Strategy" with proposals department
  • Identify key events to attend as exhibitor and promote the Enerflex water offerings.
  • Organize educational opportunities with customers and engineering firms, to showcase Enerflex solutions.
  • Provide regular updates to Water Solutions management team on progress and ongoing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the other regions to educate and promote Water Solutions to align with customer needs.
  • Embrace and promote the Core Values of Enerflex through every business interaction.
