The Sales Relationship Manager (SRM), manages a group of agents (called Book of Business) in order to drive sales production. The SRM also is responsible for growing his/her book of business through recruiting additional agents, developing existing agents and opening additional market opportunities. The SRM works one on one with agents on active cases, reviewing books of business and developing sales skills.
