About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Recruiting Manager to be a team lead for an international media company at their HQ in Arlington, VA. Includes on-site cafeteria and gym with parking available directly under the building. Must Have: Must be fully vaccinated.

Requirements

• Experience as a team-lead, corporate experience preferred
• Strong ability to communicate with all levels in organization
• Demonstrate a history of being a data driven/data responsible person experienced with understanding and articulating reporting
• Must be fully vaccinated.

Nice To Haves

• Workday experience preferred but other ATS acceptable

Responsibilities

• Work on hiring and managing an enterprise sales team of 2 experienced sales recruiters
• Build relationships with the business and business leaders in a collaborative and very communicative culture.
