About The Position
Marcus & Millichap is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Recruiter to support recruiting efforts throughout the West Regions. This role involves managing the entire sales recruitment life cycle, developing targeted search strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Sales Recruiter will collaborate closely with Senior Executives and Regional Managers to build strong relationships with commercial real estate investment sales agents, making this a highly-visible and consultative position within the firm.
