  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the industry sector (Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, or Energy).
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to foster a network of opportunities.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
