About The Position
The Sales Recruiter at Weichert Financial Services is responsible for developing and executing the recruiting strategy to fill key sales roles within the Mortgage Company. This role focuses on attracting and hiring high-potential sales professionals to serve as Mortgage Advisors, while also building strong relationships with potential candidates to expand the sales force over the long term.
