About The Position

This is 6 Months Contract to Start Top 3 responsibilities Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: You will own the hunt for top-tier talent within the Operations division, using creative sourcing techniques and data-driven strategies to manage high-volume hiring without sacrificing quality. Strategic Stakeholder & Process Management: You’ll act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and directors, leveraging data to drive decisions, managing expectations, and constantly refining interview processes to fit a fast-paced startup culture. Candidate Experience & Brand Advocacy: You are the face of the company, responsible for providing a respectful, "first-class" experience for every applicant while actively promoting the brand through networking, events, and eloquent communication. Experience in full-cycle recruitment in Sales. The candidate needs to be able to speak about quotas, SIP structures, etc. Hiring Managers looking for candidates who can recruit for small to midsize businesses Previous experience with high-volume recruiting (able to handle 15-30 reqs with a minimum of 4-6 hires or starts per month). Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Previously sourced candidates did not have the ability to handle the higher-volumes that are expected. Please ensure submitted candidates have experience handling high volumes. Training and ramp-up time will be provided. Workers will have mentors for shadowing and for support. Workers may begin taking reqs as early as 3 weeks into the assignment while expected to adhere to KPI’s the beginning in April.
